Please be aware that Cantonese-speaking
people are calling our members and saying that we
have issued an attorney letter to them for non-payment
of their management fees. THIS IS NOT TRUE –
we do not issue attorney letters or engage any attorney
to follow up on Members who have not paid their
fees – all contact with Members is made by
myself by either email or letter.
Another person saying they can sell your membership
for you makes a follow up call. THIS IS NOT TRUE.
If you receive any telephone calls from anyone purporting
to be representing Jimbaran Hills please do not
entertain these callers. Please find out as much
information as you can about them – their
names and the company name, telephone numbers and
advise us immediately. Once we have enough information
we will be reporting them to the Police in Hong
Kong to get this practice discontinued as quickly
as possible.
