above company is calling our Members saying they
are a resale company offering to buy your membership
and inviting you to their offices to give you a
valuation of your membership under OTE regulation
guidelines. |

they have illegally obtained your contact details,
we do not give out your details to any outside body. |

| FACT -
they will not offer to, nor are they able to, buy
your Jimbaran Hills Club membership. |

| FACT –
OTE is the Organisation for Timeshare in Europe
and has no relevance in Asia. |

FACT -
they are trying to sell you a membership in Oriental
Travel Pte, who is the subject of many complaints
to CASE. Check them out

I would strongly advise you that
if you receive any calls from anyone saying they
represent Jimbaran Hills or can sell your membership
for you to disregard them and please let me know.
It is only when I receive advice from our Members
that I can issue a warning.
