It has recently come to our attention that certain
individuals purporting to represent Asian Travel
Club (ATC) have been contacting our Members and
saying that our Members are dissatisfied with Jimbaran
Hills Club and asking them for an appointment so
that they can cancel your membership with our Club.
This is absolutely not true, we have spoken with
ATC in Singapore and they are not calling our members.
We are looking into how these people have been able
to get our Member details with a view to reporting
them to CASE and, maybe, to the Singapore police.
This company is offering to cancel your Membership
with Jimbaran Hills Club and replace it with another
membership.
We strongly urge you not to respond to them and
advise you not to entertain any calls or offers
from them, or you could lose any monies paid to
them. We will, of course, continue to keep your
membership with us open. Please be advised that:

Jimbaran Hills would NOT appoint
any agents to act on it’s behalf
•
Jimbaran Hills does NOT approve of such
offers and services
•
Jimbaran Hills does NOT divulge personal
details of our Members to anyone for any purpose

been said to you.

These companies are offering to resell, cancel,
rent or take over your Membership, to be collecting
payments on our behalf or offer generous cash back/money
back guarantees.
We urge you not to respond to any of these individuals
or companies and advise you not to entertain any
calls or offers from them. Please be advised that:
